With so much on offer now in resorts, employers need people to promote their activities and events to sell tickets. You could be selling things like water sports, boat trips, club nights or pool parties. Ticket selling offers flexibility, but as it’s commission based the more you work, the more you’ll earn. To be a good seller you will need the confidence to approach people and engage them in chat. Your job is to convince them your event or activity is worth them parting with their cash!
A natural talent for sales required
Employers are looking for outgoing and bubbly personalities to promote their events and sell tickets. You’ll need to be motivated and reliable to earn your money, simply the more you sell, the more you’ll make! The extra incentive of an early finish or much needed lie in for hitting targets can make this role appealing. Ticket selling will typically include.
- Engaging holiday makers to promote your event or activity.
- Convincing them to buy!
- Helping out with some events.
- Attending sales meetings.
Working Hours
Hours are flexible with this role, hitting targets can mean more time off; but the more you work the more you could earn!
Average Salary
Usually uncapped commission, top earners can expect over 100 Euros a day.
